3. Products & Prices

We sell Qissa® and future titles. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, run discounts, or add new products without updating these terms.

4. Payment

Accepted via PayPal or Meta Checkout. Full payment required at time of order.

5. Delivery

UK mainland: Free Royal Mail 2nd Class (3–5 working days). Dispatched within 2 working days of cleared payment.
International orders: We ship worldwide. Shipping cost £8–£18 (calculated at checkout). Delivery 7–21 working days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient and are paid directly to your local customs office or courier. We mark parcels as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Books are usually duty-free, but we cannot predict or cover these charges.
Risk passes to you when the parcel leaves the UK.
Lost parcels: We refund or resend free if Royal Mail confirms loss.

6. Cancellation & Refunds (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have 14 days from receiving your book to cancel for any reason and get a full refund. Return it in new condition at your cost. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

30-day guarantee. Contact us for a free replacement or full refund.
